WARRANTY

Premium Building - 5-Year Limited Warranty Standard Building - 3-Year Limited Warranty

All materials and workmanship are covered should any defect appear. Outer Spaces Plus, Inc. will guarantee your building. However, we are not responsible for vandalism or "acts of God." The Premium and Standard building must be primed, caulked and painted within 60 days of completion.

To receive your limited warranty certificate, please submit a photo of your painted building by mail, or email digital photos to gary@outerspacesplus.com.

Photos submitted become the property of Outer Spaces Plus, Inc. and cannot be returned.

SITE PREPARATION

• Site Must Be Level Within Five Inches

• Three Feet Of Working Area Around Building

• Electrical Outlet Available

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Your building should be primed and painted within 60 days of construction; (siding comes factory - primed), doors need to be painted on the front, back and all four edges with exterior acrylic latex paint. Caulking should be applied above windows, doors and all horizontal joints. Proper ventilation underneath the building and limited vegetation around the perimeter is recommended.
